Quality Referrals

What is the lifetime dollar amount of a quality referral to you?  Are we doing everything we can do with our relationships to gain quality referrals?  What are they worth to you?  I know I have gotten blessed with quality referrals.  I would like to think I have earned them. 

Would I like more?  Yes and I want to be more aware of what others need first, be forthcomming to sending out referrals and creating systems to be in the process of giving first.  I believe when I give out eventually it will come back. 

I want to become a referral master and create an everflowing referral and connection specialist.  I will use good internal language to give and get referrals.  Great informaion for us all.  Thanks to Eric Lofholm and his wisdom.  www.ericlofholm.com.

Relationship Marketing and Strategic Alliances
It has come to my attention with some observance that many entrepreneur’s truly misunderstand the value of relationship marketing and strategic alliances.  In our book “Seize Your Opportunities” I have dedicated a chapter to this concept.  It has been one of the most successful strategies I have used in the 17 years I have owned and operated my primary business. It is a valuable tool to learn the aspects or a win win situation.   There are specific steps in creating a strategic alliance that produces a win win in relationship marketing.

I started another business in 2008 while still running my primary business and realizing all the skills I have learned in the past are just as relevant in today’s marketing.
There are too many entrepreneurs out there today, especially with this economic climate that are focused on what is in it for them.  The price of not looking for the win win in relationships is far more costly than anyone may imagine. 
Doesn’t anyone remember the referral?  How do you think this happens?  Can you get referrals from those who are not your clients?
